Congratulations that is a very good camera.

It's easy to load film, but a bit difficult to describe. There's a general description here: http://www.ehow.com/how_297_load-film.html
On your X-570 to open the back you pull up on the release on the top left of the camera (the round knob with the film rewind lever). To wind the film, use the advance lever on the top right. And if you've never used a manual camera before, don't forget to press the shutter after you've wound the lever, you'll probably need to do this 2-3 times to get to exposure 1 in the little window on the top of the camera.

This page has downloads of manuals:

If you can't find one for the X-570, the X-700 or X-370 should be close enough. The following web site also has a lot of good information about manual minoltas and lenses:

As for how much it's worth: probably not that much. If it's in good, working condition, it might be worth around $100-$200 to the right person. http://www.keh.com is a good place to check out prices. They may even be willing to buy it if you want to sell. However, if you're even slightly interested in photography I'd suggest getting some film and learning to use it. A very good and fun camera!

You really need the Owner's Manual for this camera. It is a nice camera, by the way. You can find a Manual on ebay.
