an hour later. Although with it having changed last sunday I'm already in the swing of things and it doesn't feel any different then it did before the time change. I go to bed an hour later I get up an hour later. It all evens itself out.

If you are in the US, daylight saving time ended November 4th, 2007 at 2AM - this past Sunday (I'm posting this on Nov 8th, 2007).

But to answer your question, the clocks were moved back an hour. So if you woke up and your UNadjusted clock showed 7AM, you could turn it back to 6AM and get another hour of shut-eye. :)

An hour later.

During fall and winter it's the "real" time.

"Spring" forward.
"Fall" backward
