Check out the P99.....I don't see how it changed except for that dumb trigger guard got fixed. If you liked it before you should like it now. Still looks cool to me.
And there's nothing wrong with 9mm, except that the gun manufacturing industry has convinced people that they need a new gun in a new caliber.....

I would stay away from CZ they have the creepiest triggers I've ever felt on a handgun. The real truth is you get what you pay for and for that reason I think Sig is a weapon that everybody can agree is extremely well made and trouble free. Crisp trigger that dull black finish several different models in several different calibers 9mm, 357 Sig, 40 S&W, .45 acp yeah they are a little spendy but you will be happy you won't want to put it down. You might even sleep with it. Just go to the gun shop and hold one you will be sold. 1911's are good weapons but lets face it a grip safety is lame and ****** and locked is for freaking cowboys it's not a modern arm.

Yeah I agree, the older P99s were better. Take a look at the Springfield Armory XD. They are much better than Glocks in line of safety features and over feel and fit. Taurus has some descent handguns like the PT24/7 and Millennium Pros. Sigs are good if you can afford them.
Just go to a local shop and handle as many as possible to find the right fitting firearm. Good luck and happy shooting.

I believe you might want to reconsider after looking at the Colt Combat Commander in 45 acp.* It is well balanced and comfortable to shoot.* It is a proven man stopper, much better than the 9mm.* Even a 357 Magnum would be more lethal than the 9mm.*It also is a proven no nonsense man stopper.* Plus you can also shoot 38 caliber ammo in the 357 Magnum, so you get two handguns for the price of one.* I prefer the Smith & Wesson or Colts in 4" Revolver.* Have both.* These are your best choices.*

The best looking 9mm IMO is my brushed chrome CZ-75. It costs a little more to get the custom finish but you only live once.
As a shooter, the CZ is a gem because you can carry it ****** and locked, ready to shoot the first shot in single action mode. But you can also carry it double action if you prefer.
I do like Glocks, but they aren't pretty.

Taurus has some good pistols at lower price than most of the competition, but I would recommend a .40 not a 9mm. And don't rule out a revolver just because they're not glamourous - the Ruger GP100 in .357 has excellent handling characteristics, grips that tame the magnum recoil, plus with the .357 you get 50 years' worth of credentials in one-shot stopping power, not 100 years controversy as to whether the round is any good at all.

More important than look should be how it feels in your hand, but if we are talking about looks that I could never pass up a Kimber eclipse, or any other full size 1911 for that matter. try H&K and sig if you have a big bank, or if your more on a budget (like myself) a springfield XD tactical in 9mm is very nice(looking at performing)

I personally like 1911 style handguns. Check out Kimber, Para-Ordanance, Springfield Armory, even Taurus has a new one that looks really good!

Despite what everyone is saying about the Taurus 24/7, I have one. It has only been to the range once, and i hate it. I have shot almost 500rds through it, and there is just something about it that just isnt right. It looks cool, feels pretty good when you pick it up......but im not diggin it!!!
I am now looking at the Beretta PX4, LE only model.....it looks bad *** AND Beretta has always been a good gun!
Check it out below!
