Why do christians use my Pagan days of the week?

So they know when to observe all their Pagan holidays - Festivus (25 Dec), Spring festival (mid-April), harvest (late August), and so on.

~The majority of the Christian rituals and rites are derived from Pagan traditions. Why not add this to the list!
