The speaker model is the Kicker 06CVX15-4 15" 2000 Watts Car Audio Subwoofer.

Where is the crack/split? If it is on the speaker cone, I'd use clear finger nail polish. If it is on the surround or foam part on the outer diameter of the speaker, I'd use rubber cement.

If the cone is cracked, I usually use a piece of an old speaker cone, or some denim-like cloth and use RTV silicone to glue the piece to the back of the cone to seem the crack together.
RTV silicone will also repair a puncture in the surround and works best applied from the back as well.
If it is the frame that is cracked, JB Weld works wonders...

The best longest lasting would be....

Cut a strip of tissue paper the length of the crack and about 1/2 wide. Soak the paper in rubber cement. Clean the area as best you can with dry cloth. Using a toothpick, spread rubber cement on both sides of the crack and carefull lay the tissue paper on top rolling out any bubbles.

Allow to fully cure for as long as the instructions say.
