I walk to and from work

Been told Iit takes me an hour to walk 4 miles

it takes me an hour to walk to work and and hour to walk back.

I do this 5 to times a week

So I am walking for 10 hours a week

what are the health benefits??

I walk quick briskly

excercise produces endorphins so it should make you happier.studies show it helps depression.
excercise is good for mental ,emotional,physical health.Its good for the skin,energy,keeps weight down.

btw-how do you feel,walking all that,and does it keep your weight down?
