Tell you honestly, you might not lose much in two weeks. I have been working out for a month now after taking 3 months off of exercising (why isn't important). I have learned from every experience I have had that when you start working out, you will gain muscle mass before you start seeing weight loss. in the past month I have been workign out and eating healthy. I exercise at least 4-5 times a week. I lost 1/2 from my bust, waist, and hips. My scale shows no flux, but I have gained about 3 pounds in muscle mass. usually after 4-6 weeks i start seeign the scale go down and dramatically from that point on. Don't get discouraged though, keep working out and eat healthy and you will lose weight. Check out great publications like self magazine, fitness, and shape for expert advise and fun workouts.

losing noticeable weight takes some time. You need to find an exercise routine that suits your schedule and stick to it. And the key is BE CONSISTENT
But i guess if youre trying to lose like 5 pounds or something then you can eat healthy food, and workout 3-5 times a week. and make sure you work on your whole body( ie dont just go jogging and expect to lose all that weight, you should also focus on your stomach by doing crunches and lift light weights to tone your arms)
hope i helped

There are more diets than ever and more people dieting than ever and yet we have the fattest society ever. So a lot of these ideas about losing weight, make you fatter. Cutting calories, carbs and fats can cause you to have a weight problem for life. It is better to eat differently. See site below and learn why lean meat and non-fat yogurt are so fattening. The people counting calories are the fat people.
Also salt has no calories but makes you fat. This also has the quickest weight loss possible. Eat good carbs, not bad carbs. Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Eat foods made by nature
and avoid foods made by man which are designed to make you fat and very addicted to food. Do the ninja warrior diet (not a diet but a diet lifestyle). 5th link on "LINKS" page is BMI calculator to see if you are overweight.

I would take long walks , walking is very good exercise. You may see a difference if you do it for 2 hours aday. Also it's easier if you have music: Mp3 music player. or a radio head set. Dancing to relieves stress and can make you thinner. And you don't have to go on a diet just watch the calorie intake. And layoff fast food. Make sure you drink water more and have fruit and vegs. Sometimes you can lift things and build muscle. Muscle kills Fat. I would do some pushups to.

You know really, don't you?
Your body is like a machine. You put energy in, in the form of food, and you use energy up by what you do physically. Any excess of input over output is converted into body weight..
The answer then is either eat less or exercise more - or preferably both.
