I got a photo radar tickey on the freeway here in Scottsdale, AZ and I threw it away like most people, everyone told me that nothing would happen, and they were right...I think?

It's been 4 months and nothing has happened yet... and I doubt it ever will.. but I am thinking there may be a warrant out for me.. but I have been pulled over once since this happened and they did not say anythign about it..was I lucky or should I have been arrested or soemthing?

If you keep being stupid and getting speeding tickets, and don't pay them eventually your license will be suspended and you may be arrested for driving on a suspended license depending on AZ laws.

If you accumulate enough points on your license it can be revoked. So stop speeding, the only thing you do when you speed is put your life and the lives of others at risk unnecessarily. You don't save enough time to justify the risks.

It will take a while but what they will do eventually is suspend your license. They don't have to come after you as you will pay extra later. You will find out later when you go to DMV and try to renew anything. Then your ticket will be more and you will have to pay reinstatement fees.

Or say 2 years from now you get pulled over (happened to me) and you are informed that your license is suspended. Then you get a driving on suspended which can be expensive and is a whole lot of points. Points drop off over time...... after you pay. This can effect your insurance (what? after so long?).

Just pay the stupid ticket now or sport out a couple hundred later.

Yes, you should have been arrested, but you got lucky. You could get pulled over again and not be so lucky. Beware of trying to renew your license, the ticket will show up and you will pay many times over the original ticket.

No, most people do not throw it away. Get a spine and go in and pay.

Ok, let's get this straight....You got one speeding ticket, ignored it on pretty bad advice...and have been pulled over again since then...I think it's the people of Scottsdale who haven't been killed by you that are the lucky ones.

When was the last time you were pulled over, because it might not have gone to court by that time. You could have a bench warrant issued by this time

I'm on Arizona's death row for doing the same thing. I'm hoping the Supreme Court will stay my execution. I was doing 56 in a 55.

You only think nothing has happened. Wait until it's time to renew your registration.
