Evil conduct is usually associated with bitterness, anger, unforgiveness . There may be other emotional reasons for this type of behavior. I don't know how old you are but I assume you are young and feel that you don't have any defenses, Mom may need some counseling from a church pastor so why not encourage her, pray and try to understand what may be the cause of her frustrations, maybe helping her with tasks, cooking or cleaning. Being caring is all mom's need sometimes and remember repay evil with good it will change a persons attitude with conviction.

I suppose you'd have to define evil first. If she abuses you in any way, you should tell someone in your family or report her to children's services.
If you say she is evil because you don't have the same religion then you are just being petty and stupid.
