Deer tend to move and feed more when it's cold. When it is hot, deer mostly bed down during the day and wait to feed at night when it's cooler. Personally, I like to hunt in the afternoon, But I have taken deer in the morning and Mid day. Most experts will tell you that deer movement consist more in mid day than morning or afternoon, especially Buck movement. In order to be effective you really need to hunt all day, it requires more patience but it can pay off if you get a good deer.
It's best to fish when the temp is slightly cooler than normal and on cloudy days. But you can catch fish in almost any condition as well.

well sometimes it matters on the moon because if the last moon was full the deer won't move in the morning because they stayed up eating so they will just rest all day but most of the time the are active in the morning trying to get to the food or where they are going to bed
fish well the morning i seem to have more luck i think because the sun hasn't came out yet and the fish don't see to much detail just a shadow so they go for it just like at night

Check your newspaper's weather section. Most of them have solunar table that will show you the prime time for the A.M. and P.M. These are usually pretty accurate.
