I'm not too sure where I stand on UFO's coming to earth and visiting people etc, but I don't personally think the idea of there being aliens is a very hard to believe one.
An extra-terrestrial alien is just life on a planet other than our own.
We know that it's possible to have life on a planet in space, because we're here, talking about it right now.
It then just becomes an issue of numbers. There are billions and billions of stars in the universe, and as a result, probably even more planets orbiting those stars than there are stars in the first place.
I read somewhere that even if the odds for there being life on other planets was 1,000,000 to one, there are enough planets in our universe for there to be 1,000,000 different alien life-forms on different planets!
So I guess it could be possible.

No, I do not believe in UFOs. However, I am not convinced that there is nothing else out there. For why else would Space be so spacious? I respect your opinion and you may be right I have no proof.
Texas Troll- I am a Christian too, but I don't know that I believe everything a Christian is supposed to believe.

Santa Claus will be seeing you in December too.
I believe there are UFO (Unidentified Flying Objects). How many people can tell the difference between one plane or another. I do not believe there are aliens except from other countries but not from other planets. Then we do have a lot of illegal aliens here in the USA.

I think the refusal to believe that there is no life in the universe other than us proves how arrogant man can be. Now, if this life is green and flies saucers, I can't tell ya'.

i have never seen one, not that i know of. but i am open to the possibility. it is an enormously vast universe, and we would be extremely arrogant to believe we were the only ones in it. (yes, I'm still Christian, but where does the bible say we are the only ones here. nothing one way or the other)

I think there are probably other similar beings to us out there, but as to whether they'd take the time and energy to come to us is a different story. Who knows?
