I like this shy guy and I'm guessing that he is about 20 years old from what he has told me. I am 26.

Do you guys think I'm too old for him?

I have a college degree and work a full time job.
He is not in college anymore and I think he still lives with his parents and doesn't have a job.

That's not a large age gap, so it should be perfectly fine. My mother and my step-father are about 5 years apart, her being the older one.
However, not having a job and living with his parents is a problem. He needs to get off his lazy butt and do something.
If the two of you were together, it's possible he could drag you down because of that.

I am 7 years older than my husband. I don't think it's the age difference for you. It's just wrong timing. He needs time to experience things and to get him self together.

Age isn't a problem..

Living with his parents might be..

not having a job, is a problem..

Suppose you start dating, he decides to move in with you and have you support him...
Can you handle that?
