I'm not sure who your Jesus is. My guess is Jehovah's Witnesses' Jesus?
If that's correct, it's because Jehovah's Witnesses claim to follow the Bible, but only the parts of it they like. They ignore these parts about Jesus.
My Jesus accepted worship (Matthew 8:2) and we are to only worship God.
In fact, even though He temporarily humbled himself to our level, my Jesus is in the form of God (Phillipians 2:6-11) and EVERYONE will bow to Him someday.
My Jesus forgives sins and only God can forgive sins. (Matthew 9:2).
My Jesus has the fullness of God in Him (Col 2:9) and there is only one God.
The nice Jehovah's Witnesses that came to my door didn't have this Jesus. Their Jesus wasn't God, so I wasn't much interested in their Jesus.
Oops. I see from the additional details that you are not Jehovah's Witness. Well, in that case, did you know that my Jesus made Mel Gibson and that next time He comes, he will flash like lightning from the East to the West?
