Gloria, I have blonde moments all the time....I doubt he can pass Bowyer thats alot of pts to make up... Hey, I think there could be a chance next yr...of a HMS 1,2,3 in the chase..Jr, Jimmie and Jeff..

I agree with tregoste it would take at least one dnf and a bad run with Kyle finishing in the top five both times to make that amount of points up in that short of time. But it could happen!!
The way things are going for HMS this year it wouldn't surprise me!!
Those Blond moments happen to us males also from time to time!!
I ask something on here one day that was so wrong that I went back and deleted the question!

He IS ahead of Hamlin in the points but I doubt that he can catch Clint Bowyer. I know what you meant Gloria. Kyle will need to make up 158 points in 2 races to catch Clint, that's a pretty tall order.

I'm going to say that he'll catch him. Clint finally had a "bad race," and I think that's the beginning of the end for him. Don't get me wrong, I like the guy....but I think this is where you see him start to slide backwards.
Kyle has run good every race, just not finished good. He's got something to prove to both his new team and the team that he's leaving.

I don't see it happening. He lets emotions drive the car once in awhile. Seems the harder he tries the more mistakes he makes. Also, with the way his pit crew has performed lately, the odd are pretty against him catching Bowyer.
