I have a friend who wants to visit TORONTO from GREECE. Does she need a VISA to come to CANADA. If so, how long would the VISITOR'S VISA last????

No. Most European countries (including Greece) don't need a visa if coming to visit. Stays up to Six months are fine.

Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Botswana, Brunei Darussalam, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel (National Passport holders only), Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Namibia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Portugal, South Korea, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, San Marino, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Spain, Swaziland, Sweden, Slovenia, Switzerland, United States, UK, Western Samoa.

as you can see, your country is in the list, so you don't need visa for a stay up to 180 days.

I am pretty sure they don't as long as they are visiting and not planning to do any work or attend a school (institution). If you want to be sure contact the Greek Embassy in Canada. I know there is one here in Montreal.
