I work for a small company of only 7 people, and have been here for 3 years. Do I have the right to take any leave under FMLA

No. FMLA doesn't cover companies the size of yours.

I know you can take time off, which is covered under FMLA.. but not sure how many employees need to work at a company to have the company give FMLA leave.
If you are able to take FMLA... you have to be working there for at least a year... so.. sounds like you just need to ask the owner.

Unfortunately, no. FMLA states that there needs to be a minimum of 25 employees. Do you have any vacation or sick time built up? If you do, you can use that so you still get paid. FMLA is only for unpaid leave.

I would say no, in fact, if you're not married, you shouldn't even be allowed to have a baby.
