I might sound weird but I always think there's a ghost everywhere I go. At the times 9:30 to 10:00 p.m., usually my tv goes off automatically.Even when the channel box is at the other side of the room. It's like a ghost is telling me I need to go to sleep. What do you think?

Perhaps humans are electro-magnetic generators. Perhaps some people's energy fields can effect electronics. Get a new TV before you make that assumption. You also may have an electricity problem and the TV doesn't receive enough juice.
The power of consciousness and emotions are probably underrated by science. I have never seen a ghost, but I have felt some pretty odd things. And then later found out that something bad happened there. Perhaps they are like an after-image after you turn off a screen. But personally I think most ghost stories are hype. And never underestimate the mind's ability to freak itself out.

Check the TV settings. You might have the sleep timer on. Ghosts and spirits have better things to do than tell you to go to bed. Better methods too.

i find it odd that so many who claim to be Christian reply that there are no ghost? that is odd, Jesus himself had to reassure his disciples as he approached that he was flesh, and not a spirit. and there are many other cases in the bible regarding spirits, that were not demons i might add. how can someone believe in Jesus or the Bible, but not what is written in the Bible?

now, for the matter at hand, it doesn't sound like a ghost or spirit problem, it does sound more like a T.V. problem.
any other indications that it might be paranormal?

As a Gnostic I believe only what I know. I know only what I experience. I have never actually experienced a ghost. I do not reject the possibility that there might be ghosts.

I don't believe in ghosts but I do believe that spirits exist. Have you ever had a photo with what appears to be a light or reflection in it? Those are spirits. Have you ever heard the saying "The Father, Son and Holy Spirit"? There ya have it. God Bless

I think your TV is broken. And if you are constantly thinking there is a ghost around, maybe you are applying too much normal stuff to ghosts. If completely random events only happened at specific times and places, it would be weird. If they happen all the time, they are random events.

I agree with the person who suggested checking your tv timer. However, ghosts as people tend to believe in don't really exist. There are demonic forces at work in the world but someone's dead grandma is not coming back to tuck you in at night.
