she's probably upset about wearing one because no one else is yet. there was only one girl with a training bra when i was 10.
i didn't get mine till i was 11 or 12 i think.
just buy her a training bra. let her help you pick them out. so she can get pretty ones that she likes. let her try on different fabric ones too. i liked the stretchy ones better than cotton i remember...
but if you push her too hard she might want to rebel and stop wearing it. Just ask her to wear it once, and she can decide after that when she wears it. eventually she'll want to, but right now she's just not ready.

Give her a training bra with no underwire or a tight little tank top that has an inbuilt bra.
Buy a similar one for you (adult version) so she feels more comfortable because her Mum is wearing one.
Already 10 and needing to wear a bra...lucky girl

If your her mom just tell her she has to wear one now that she's becoming a woman. I can't imagine a ten year old with boobs big enough for this to be a problem but if she has developed early tell her bras are important for her to grow properly. Take her shopping and let her pick out ones she likes so she will be more inclined to wear them.

It's got to be partly her decision. She's still a kid and this is all new to her. When I was 10 (in 4th grade) my mom had me start wearing one and I hated it! It was itchy and annoying and basically after a weel or so I stopped wearing it. About 2 years later I started wearing one on my own because gym class was "painful" without it. As I got older I made the decision. When I was younger I didn't want to, when I got older I did. Let her be a kid and maybe subtley suggest it, but don't push it.

I was just like her when I was her age. She's young but let her know that boys dont like girls who dont wear bras and she is growing up fast, so she will need to wear one, it takes time. I know ti took me months for my mom to force me to wear a bra and now i wear a bra all the time! Sometimes even in my sleep =)

kriskros54 is right on target. There are lots of cute sports bras that will be comfortable & are just pulled on like a tank top.

Old Navy has other bras for girls:

Well my mom told me that she wanted to take me shopping on saturday. So on like friday she was very upfront and said that we should look for some bras. Honestly, i dont think its a very big deal...she might even want one and is afraid to ask! (like i was..)

First off you need to know why. is she unaware that her boobies are flopping, or is she? then she needs to know that it is a part of growing up and being a young lady. extend your acknowledgement of her feelings, but tell her it is your job to show her the proper way to care for her body...
