A guy and my best friend had a thing for eachother for a couple of weeks and my friend realized that the guy totally was not her type..now a month later i am friends with this guy (as is my friend) and the guy and i have lots in common, does the fling between my friend and him make him off limits for me? (my friend has even mentioned that she thinks him and i would be really great together) Its feels somewhat awkward going after someone that once had feelings for a good friend...

Go for it. I dated a guy that a friend of mine dated for a week or so. She realized that she wasn't that into him. I liked him a lot. My problem is that I didn't talk to her about it. Apart of me didn't want the confrontation. Another part figured that since she didn't like him, there was no reason for me not to date him. All in all, talk with your friend about what you'd like to do and go for it. You live one life. Have fun.

it isn't in any respect very well to come back between brothers...noticeably if it really is only a fling and also you do not absolutely experience like it ought to flow everywhere severe/everlasting. yet in case you experience strongly for this guy you should deliver it up inclusive of your ex before something occurs. If he says yeah, basically enable it take position. If he says no, walk away now and forestall this romance in it really is tracks before it really is hurts all and sundry and motives the three of you some drama.

First of all you need to make sure it's okay with your friend. If you are good enough friends she needs to be okay with it. Which i'm going to say that she will be just fine with it since she's already said she was okay with it. BUT friends first!

well ask her if she would mind, and i'm sure she won't if she has said that she thinks you two will be good together. always be honest to your friends because they will always have your back as long as you trust them, and this is a trust thing. I'm sure she'll be fine with it though. good luck!

Well, if they are both moved on, and if there's some chemistry between that guy and you, then, why not?!
Good luck.
