5-6 small, healthy meals a day including lots of fruit and vegetables. (about 1000-1500 calories all together)
drink looaaddss of water.
no coffee, candy or alcohol.
and excercise as often as you can, mainly cardio to burn that fat, but make sure you don't stick to the same thing all the time or else you will find that your weightloss slows down. try jogging and swimming one week, and the next week doing aerobics and tennis, for an example.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

lots of veggies, some fruits, LEAN protein - chicken and now they are saying ostrige is good.

cut out all refined, processed, enhanced foods.. eat foods as closed to their natural state as possible.

Eat only whole grain carbs. fiber will keep you full. Lots of fruits and veggies are fiber rich.

seek out "super foods" that will give you nutrient dense foods with few calories, pomegranite, guava, swish chard, blueberries, spinach, etc

Lots of hard work outs (cardio) and controlling strong cravings to eat the wrong foods....hard stuff....but you can do it. Its all about self control!
