No. It doesn't at all.
What the wine do is acting as a flavor, just as another condiment... Sorry, but what makes the calories when cooking is what you're using. Check labels and nutrition scales on meats, all pasta, cheeses, etc...
Now, if you want to do a delicious meal and do not want too many calories use "low calories in all" you use to cook. The secret is using them together because, "when using them by themselves you could taste the low calories"; but all of them together and, with wine... you'll lick your fingers!
Also vodka makes the most delicious sauces flavor, specially for pastas and beef.

It would reduce the calories if you use the wine to replace something else, like cream for example. But adding wine only adds calories (not many).
