Sounds like it could be a sinus infection or an ear infection. I would also suggest you see your eye doctor, to get your eye pressure checked, just in case. A sinus CT scan might be a good idea, if the infection is really bad. You'll want to make sure all of the infection is cleared.

sounds like sinus' to me. I've been feeling the same way for the last couple of days...it's making it hard to focus.
you should see your doc if this is the first time it's gotten so bad.
A nice way to help alleviate the pressure is to use a cold cloth and put it over your eyes and across your nose, it'll also help the dull headache.
I'm a strong believer in Advil Migraine, it works wonders for me.
If you are somewhat congested you could try to shut the door in the bathroom and turn the shower on as hot as it'll go and let the steam fill the room. Sit on the toilet or if you have the luxury of being able to sit on a chair then do that. Sit in there for about 15 minutes, I find this helps clear my sinus'.
Of course this is all the temporary fix. If it gets worse or doesn't go away definetly consult your doc.

Yes, it's probably gone from a sinus problem to a sinus infection. Get some meds ASAP. These infections are SO hard to get rid of if let go to long.

i just got over this crap about a week ago. go to the dr and ask him for antibiotics. sounds like you have a sinus infection. pressure from behind the eyes, poss your teeth hurting. take care of it now or it will move it's way into your chest and then it will be twice as hard to get rid of. the dizzy spells come from pressure in the ears knocking off your equalibrium.

if u have pressure behind your eyes, check your eye doctor. But like u said it's all over, go to your doctor. Im not sure about an infection, it could just be a bad head cold. make sure to drink lots of water, it helps with the pressure and congestion.

Lean over,
if it makes your head hurt
even worse, yep,
you probably have an infection.
The all time sure way to know,
is to blow your nose.
This is really yucky, but very true.
If it's green and slimey,
you have an infection.
Get up,
pick up the phone,
call and make an appointment with your doctor.
Be prepared to start taking anti-biotics.

Yup. Make a heat pack:
Take a Zip-lock bag, put in a washcloth, put enough water in the bag to soak the cloth. Seal it, microwave the bag for 45 seconds to a minute (pull it out when the bag inflates). Grab it with a hand towel and wrap it up. (Warning: do not touch the plastic, it will burn. Keep it covered).
Recline in a chair and cover your forehead, face, ect. with the heat pack!
