I mean he went away for one week and did not call me once like he said he would...does this mean he doesn't care or he did not miss me...cause if he cared and missed me wouldn't he have at least made the effort to call me once to say hi

Or he could have been really busy, or not getting a cell phone signal, or unable to get a free moment to call you. It doesn't mean he doesn't care.

That is just a story you have created out of a single fact of action.
The fact is that he didn't call you. It doesn't mean anything. It could mean a variety or things.
I know when I go on vacation I never call anyone at home. I just get carried away with the fast paced days.
Simply don't make up a story about what it could mean and see how he behaves when he comes home. You will feel better for thinking this way.

Well if he is like me , a complete ditz at times, he could honestly have forgotten to call. Ask about the vacation see if he was uber busy. If he talks about what he did a lot. Sometimes the person just wants a little reprieve so he can honestly miss ya. But if it is neither then it is possible that he didn't miss ya.

when im on vacation i thought i could use to my to call the u.s. Phone cards are expensive. but u cant if your out of the country if hes in the country he has no excuse. but it doesnt mean he doesnt care

i think he should of atleast made n effoet 2 call! Derzno reason y he shouldnt if he said he was. Talk 2 him n ask, if he doesnt say nun den u deserve better

No my partner and i never talk on phone or chat online except email which i usually email him too but we do love each other very much committed so your bf might not be a phone online chat email person
