If a soul rejects the Lord Jesus Christ and what He done on the cross for all that would believe then that soul is sent to hell and after the judgment to the lake of fire. Also angels that followered Satan will be put in the lake of fire to burn forever. Revelation 20: 10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. Revelation 20: 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. Revelation 20: 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. Revelation 20: 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Contrary to popular belief God tends to run things through intermediaries such as angels and prophets. Some of these angels have been granted the power to extinguish souls and even other angels.
This is not something to be worried about though.

In my "opinion" I believe He "can"...I may be wrong, but maybebecause of a certain law he may have put in affect he won't, but He has power to cast one's soul to hell, and cast any of the angels out of heaven, but since the spiritual dimension doesn't operate in the realm of time, it's hard to say. It's logical to say that you can't really destroy a soul b/c one's soul lasts for eternity.

God doesn't destroy people. People destroy themselves. Even angels destroyed themselves when they refused to be with God.
Edit: The only reason that God does not destroy people is because He's love doesn't allow Him to, His love is too great..
When people turn against Him they and up sentencing themselves, but God Himself does not desire for anyone to go to hell.

Of course. Jesus said we should fear God because he can destroy both body and soul in hell. See Matthew 10:28.

Yes.
Spiritual Beings don't just burn up with regular ole' Fire that we got down here.
Even the sun or Atomic Fire won't Touch'em.
Takes Extra-Ordinary "Heat" to dissassociate them.
I Believe you will Find this Heat in the Lake of Fire, The Second Death.
