Yes, If he or she is a good worker I have no reason not to.
Now If I owned a business, then no, in fear of them shutting it down

I would first as an Employer make sure that Our Country's
Vetarans Get Hired First Over Any Illegal Immigrant. They
hav'nt done Nothing For This Country except to bring More
Problems Over Here. Our Veterans, and there are Many of
Them, that are Trying to Find Work. I say, Give it to Them
First!!! If Mexico is supposed to be some kind of Great
Country, or any Foreign Country for that matter, Why are'nt
Their Country taking care of Their Own Kind??? We as a
Nation Can't Take Care Of Every Foreigner Who Wants to
Come Here. I say KEEP THEM OUT!!!
The So-Called AMERICAN DREAM IS BECOMING A
NIGHTMARE!!!

I wouldn't be betting the chances are low on getting caught- I'm here in VT and a business got busted big time- they got deported and the owner of the business got his *** throw in jail and fined big time. my moral dilemma? well we have our own people who want to work- need housing-food-heat etc. so be nice and hire someone that's born in the good old USA if not at least a legal immigrant.

I would not hire an illegal alien. No way. I would give the job to an American or a legal immigrant.

Legal issues arent just the problem-by hiring illegits, you are hurting your own country and giving those people that do hurt our country, a chance. We want illegal immigrants out, not in. Hiring them will only encourage it.
It doesnt even matter if theyre legally allowed here. They'll be taking much less pay, pushing our own workers out of priority. What does that mean? More strikes and an increase in unemployment. With a lagging economy and incompetent government, a surge in Mexicans in this country looking for $2 jobs is the last thing we need.

somewhat, call your congressmen and the media. there is such an uproar approximately illegals right this moment that the two would desire to be VERY fascinated. If that doesn't artwork, then in simple terms shop calling as quickly as ot two times each and every week to the ICE hotline, and your congressmen. quicker or later they'll cope with the undertaking just to close you up. To the individuals who say that it somewhat is okay to hire illegals, then in simple terms think of roughly each and all of the individuals that have not got jobs by using fact those criminals are taking them far flung from us. I somewhat have a chum who used to have aroofing employer approximately 7 years in the past. It replaced into VERY effectual and he replaced into waiting to assist his kinfolk and his workers (he had 21) have been waiting to assist theirs, till the illegals moved into the section in large numbers. They effectively positioned him out of employer by using fact they artwork for next to no longer something. Now my buddy has had to sell his abode and between the families automobiles by using fact he can't make ends meet with the interest he had to take after he went abdomen up. that may not even thinking proper to the 21 others who lost their energetic hood.

The chances of getting caught are rising. Authorities are cracking down on illegals. Even if they are hard workers, or they are willing to learn a trade, they're 1) not supposed to be here, and you're as bad as they are if you hire them, and 2) should not be trusted with any sort of work because they are criminals. They entered the US illegally, against our will and against our law. Would you hire a criminal on the run?

that is exactly why all these immigrants come here because of people like you, you would rather pay some illegal dirt money than pay a American a decent wage...because it makes your pockets fatter....now i have a question for you how would feel if you were just a regular worker and you couldn't get a job because of people like you??????/ immigration laws need to be a hell of alot tougher to discourage people like you......

I would never employ an illegal alien (immigrant denotes legality), they are breaking the law. I would call INS and try to get them deported. I am not against immigration, but you have to stand in line to get here, I never did like people who cut in line.

yeah- what about your business insurance- what if one of them gets hurt doing work for you and they try to sue you- will your insurance cover that. plus you will not be taking out any taxes or anything on the income you give them so you will not be able to claim that money as income provided to employees.- on and on etc, etc. - Just check with your business insurance, your CPA and local gov't to make sure of what your doing is correct and if not - correct it before you hire them- at least make sure they have some type of documents permitting them to work in the US.
