I can't speak for God but if I'm feeling sad and disappointed about a lot of things in this world, He probably does too. Why should He feel guilty over the ignorance and actions of people?

He can't identify with that word. Guilt is a stage of helplessness and consciousness of feelin sorry for wrong done. God can do no wrong, even in creating us!
Don't get me wrong, I know what you are saying from the human side of things

I think humans should feel guilty about what they have done to each other. As far as god is concerned, I'm not qualified to answer that question. I can't even say for sure whether he exists or not.

The Divine Plan is to wipe the slate clean and give another line a shot at sentience.

Guilty? No. He knew the world would turn out the way it did. I bet He does feel sad, however, at how fallen the human race is.

God's perfect blah blah blah! We are at fault, not the Lord of Lords!
But actually, if he is intelligent he knows he's to blame for most of this. So he's probably feeling at least a little guilty, but equally disappointed in his religion and his people. His guilt probably gets worse every day though because he could fix it all, but decides not to. So, he's probably not actually there.

he should be thankful that we cover up all the stuff he doesn't take care of! he gives us cancer we have to run to the doctors, he floods our homes we have to get the generators and pumps and clean them out!
I think you get the general wisdom behind my answer!

I think repulsed would be a better descriptor, especially if He's checked out the televangelists. ((((((ZZ)))))
