There was no Noah and there was no Ark. Do the maths of 2 of each animal, bird and insect, the danger of all those animals together, eating each other, the amount of food to feed these animals for 40 days. I dont think so.

It probably smelled pretty bad, there is a theory that states the boat may have had a (I forgot the word) hole of sorts in the bottom, which would be surrounded by walls, and would steady the boat when waves came, and push fresh air in and out with great force.
But I don't know.

well it depends which floor of the ark yo are asking about! there were 3 floors 1- the people 2-the animals 3- the garbage and in your case the smelly crap
