You can apply 5% Rogaine w/ a Q-tip to speed up the growth process.

"Eyebrows grow more slowly than other body hair (for which we should probably be grateful), so be patient. But about those bare patches: Zealous plucking or waxing, which repeatedly traumatizes follicles, may result in permanent hair loss, says Katie Rodan, MD, clinical associate professor of dermatology at Stanford University School of Medicine. Try topical 5 percent Rogaine Extra Strength, applied with a Q-tip to the areas where you want regrowth. If the follicles are still viable, you should see results in four to six months. Till then, fill in the gaps with brow gel or pencil (both adhere to the skin better than powder) one shade lighter than your hair color, and blend with an eyebrow brush, says Ramy Gafni, makeup artist and founder of Ramy Beauty Therapy cosmetics." http://www.oprah.com/health/beauty/health_beauty_200404_eyebrows.jhtml

They may not be as thick but you can use a little bit of eyebrow pencil or a tad of waterproof mascara until they grow back.

Massage and brisk towel drying after you bathe will stimulate growth and will exfoliate any follicles that may be ingrown from plucking.

A side note: Plucking usually is done from the part of the brow closest to the eye lid.

You will see the hairs starting to grow back in 2 weeks. Eyebrows grow fast.

They will grow back... Possibly at slightly different speeds, so be prepared to buy an eyebrow pencil...

... And next time don't even consider plucking from the top. Pluck from the bottom whilst they are wet. You can see your natural shape much easier! Or if you're really worried get them waxed next time and just follow their shape!

Of course you can!! =D
A great technique i learned when i was on Holiday in Persia [nowday Iran], They used Lemon juice mixed with some vineger... You see, The acid in this Potion removes any dirt or dust or other from your Pours [your skins breathing holes] and makes the hair grow incredabily fast.

Its the same if you want to grow hair quickly, Keep it CLEAN! =]
Good luck my dear. x

The tops of your eyebrows should never be plucked, just underneath. They will grow back with patience.

I usually shave mine to the point that you almost cant see them, they seem to grow back in faster that way. Try an electric trimmer with a buzz cut setting on it and go from there.

They will grow back as thick as they were before and they should be growing back in quickly.
