Ok so i have a friend who believes in all his magic tricks and stuff. He says that they aren't really tricks, he says that he has demonic powers that the devil has given him to do the all the stuff that he does. I don't believe in no way that the devil has given him powers to do the things he does, i think that his tricks are all just an illusion to fool people like any ordinary magician does. There is a whole lot more things he said about the whole situation but I'll just leave it at that for now. So do you believe that he is demonic and that the devil gives him demonic powers to levitate and do all the other tricks he does?

Your friend is an idiot.
They are all just tricks. There are several youtube videos showing how he does some of them.

Criss Angel is not Demonic...lol
I met him personally in New York City at the World Underground Theater. He was doing shows there before his show Mind Freak started. He even did a magic trick with me. He's funny and seems really nice.
As for if it's real or not...I believe he calls his act Mind Freak for a reason. It's meant to mess with your mind. Criss Angel has a group of people who are memember of his fan base called the Loyals. I think it's all meant to come across very Gothic, and cinister.
It's an act. A very good one. And I can't wait to see him perform again. :o)

He himself calls them tricks, mastery of these tricks makes him so proficient at it that it seems to be done out of nothing. All of them have explanations though and therefore neither demonic or any other possession needed.
Now there are those who use their ability for evil and do it because they worship evil and what it stands for, but then again I don't know Chris Angel enough to distinguish where he stands in this matter.
I appreciate his ability, I know they are tricks and take them for what they are.
Only God is all powerful, even the devil bows down to Him.

I don't even know.. this is an interesting question! I don't really believe that the devil would give him powers. I believe in demonic powers but... I don't know- because some of the stuff he does is unreal....

No, they are all illusions. There was a special on a year or so ago about David Blaine and they showed how he does some of his tricks and they also showed some of David Copperfields secrets too....no demons, just alot of smoke and mirrors.

no no no! He's just a very VERY good magician. You are right, they are illusions. Although I did hear that rumor that he "sold his soul" to be able to pull that stuff off but it's just gossip. If he has demonic powers, what's the deal with David Blaine?

he has excellent control of his own mind and as such, is able to exert control over others minds with subtle hypnosis. i cant say whether he can levitate people or not, but hes great at tricking people into believing things

Not only is he only a Magician, he is a poor Magician.
His tricks are mostly tv effects.
I could walk on water with a few creative shots and edits too.
Most magicians that pride themselves in providing flawless routines and building wonderment in people don't like him.
