The first poster confused LGA with JFK. There is no AirTrain to LaGuardia.

Which part of Manhattan? I can narrow it down significantly if you give me some help here.

There are a few options, though none are truly direct:

M60 bus to Astoria Boulevard, then N/W subway into Manhattan. That's a fairly good connection. The N/W go right through Times Square, giving you access to just about everything. You can also continue into Manhattan on the bus, and have access to the 1/2/3/4/5/6/A/B/C/D subways along the way.

Q48 bus to 111 St. or Shea Stadium, then 7 subway into Manhattan. It'll run along 42nd Street and give you easy access to just about any Manhattan subway.

My recommendation? If you have the choice, go for JFK or Newark. There are more direct connections available from those airports.

There is no subway to or from La Guardia. There is a bus from La Guardia to 125th St (in Harlem, the nothern part of Manhattan), where you can get subways to other parts of Manhattan. There are also buses to subway stations in Queens.

Unfortunately, no subway goes to LaGuardia Airport.

If you want to take public transportation to Manhattan, you need to take a bus to either Astoria to take the N-train subway line, or to Jackson Heights to take the #7 train.

There are shuttle buses that goes directly to hotels in Manhattan from LaGuardia. I think that's a better option especially if you have a lot of luggage.

Hope this helps.

There are no subways that go directly to LaGuardia.

You can take the M60 bus at the airport and get off the 31st Avenue'Astoria Blvd. stop (under the subway tracks). Then go upstairs and grab the "N" or "W" to take you into the heart of Manhattan. Staying on the M60 will take you to 125th Street (Harlem)
