how can you tell someone whats wrong when you don't know what it is?
like today i kept on shivering, well shaking i dunno but it was bad enough for my friend to ask why i kept flinching. Thankfully they appear to accept the claim i have a cold. Probably didn't help that for most of the day felt like i was going to cry, nothing like sad etc happening, can't hide it suspect they were a bit surprised cuz theyd not known me long enough to know i looked just as bad for most of last year. A pity because id been acting all happy. More so because i am better off like this. Been this way for long enough. its when i act happy i do stupid things like tell some one id just met that the best way to hang yourself could involve decapitation, with explanation as to why I thought so.can't say i cut really, but they might not see it that way if they see my hand right now. what to say? Or really what is this? I doubt i would manage to tell them any of this Forgot am arrogant, forgetful n a coward

Unfortunately im going to have to do my best to avoid parents finding out (live with them and am 16). So all the good suggestions to find help are sort of useless unless is a way to do so without them knowing. sorry any ideas?

Honey, I don't mean this to sound rude, but you need to seek professional help. It sounds like you are depressed or something. Sometimes only medication can fix certain problems. Please find someone to talk to, like a real doctor.

Try talking to a school counselor or another member of family that might help you that you feel more comfortable talking to. Maybe a good friends parent or a teacher that you really like. Surely you can talk to someone, if you don't feel comfortable with parents. Good luck and please reach out to someone.

This is something very serious. You need to go to the doctor. Or call a doctor if you don't think you can go. They can and will help you. You just may need a little medication. this sounds like classic depression and anxiety. I hope you will be strong enough to take that first step.

Sounds like symptoms of anxiety disorder. See If you can get an appointment with your regular Dr. and get a referral to a psychiatrist. Go from there. Good luck...

You absolutely need to get some help. There could be something physically wrong causing your depression. Or a good therapist could help find out why you are. Please seek some help immediately.
