I don't neccissarily believe in luck but I do believe in karma, and I used to thing i "just had bad luck" until I watched "The Secret and my life changed in many ways, when youy think you will get something and you believe you already have it, you will get it or build stepd in the right direction to obtain it, start with small, reasonable and attainable goals first, but if you think even for a second that it is not possible or any negative thought, it will completely throw whatever you thought previosly out the window, those negative thoughs are more powerful and destructive then positive ones, but rarely does society think this way. Some ppl seem to always win at the casino, bingo or good things always happen to other ppl it seems but is it really luch or the way they have trained their mind to think. I suggest you watch the secret it may change your life if you have an open mind, and if not, you havn't lost anything but 2 hours of your time that would probably be spend watching useless tv or something. Oh well it worked for me, thats all i care about, just thought id share the wealth of knowledge.

Luck = Chance
Chance = Possiblity
Possiblity = likelihood of an option

Options arise from the choices we make

So luck is basically what arises from the choices we make.
when we choose we get an outcome

so we do have some sorta control over it, but on the other hand we don't... because the outcome is random
(or so it seems random but really... life is organized chaos
when something happens it sets off a ripple effect into the rest of the world...action begats reaction...then a reaction begats another action...so on and so forth...

when you think about like that... life seems so complex and intertangled it's really kinda interesting.

:] (so the lesson learned here is...
don't drink (

Yes, I'm a little superstitious. If I have good fortune - I share it with someone. I won a couple of hundred quid - give £10 or £20 to charity or something. I'm not sure why. If I win a few million on the Lottery - email me with a sob story! LOL

Yep I sure do. This year I had a knee replacement, and three car accidents. My friend have told me my whole life - I just have bad luck.

John Locke (the badass one, not the philosiphizer) believes in luck, so it has to be real.

Sure, but luck is a result, not a cause. You don't find a ten dollar bill because you are a lucky person. But you are lucky if you find a ten dollar bill.
