If God loves me, why can't he tell me himself?

Question

Why does he always have to send messages through other people, doesn't he already know that if he talks to me personally in a way that doesn't imply mental disorder I'd gladly accept him? I mean, really, is it that hard for somthing that can do anything to make a personal appearance from time to time to answer my questions and everyone elses?

Sit still, you're too excited. He is talking to you, you're just talking over Him in your thoughts. His message is sent in many different ways. He is talking to you if you listen. Hearing and listening are two different things. First you need to know you can hear Him, then you listen. God coming to you? He's always there. You have to let Him in. If you're looking for Him to land in front of you with a manual filled with every direction for your life, well I'm sorry but you're going to have to figure some of that out on your own. It's not Gods fault that you can't understand or figure out the messages. Have you asked Him to give you understanding and guidance? If He knows you're asking He will answer. Keep your eyes and ears open. Take care.

Ok this is an interesting question, now I'm gonna ask you to think about this. If someone came and told you that he heard the voice of God and he commanded you to do something for him. Would you believe the guy? Honestly I wouldn't. Why? That story is so used up by scammers that I would be very ignorant to fall for that. Now why wouldn't He do this? The bible says of one time that God spoke to the Israelite and they were terrified and instead suggested for Moses to talk to God in Mount Sinai. Remember reading this? It's all in the Bible. Read Exodus Chapter 19, it's pretty interesting.

Maybe if you tried listening instead of trying to put others down for a while you would be able to hear. God Bliss.

Have you ever read Jon Eldridges books? The Sacred Romance is one that directly speaks of your question, I read it a few years ago and I cant remember what exactly it said but you might find it interesting.

Some of its a bit hooky, but he says a lot of very profound things pertaining to our relationships with God.

If God talks to you directly then He has to talk to every individual. How can it be possible for God to talk to over 6 billion people. He has talked directly to only one man and He was Moses.

Each individual can ask a question to God before he goes to bed if he has to choose between two things and need help to decide which is best for him/her. Prophet Mohammad SAW taught us how to talk to God. We have special short prayer we perform before we go to sleep and then ask God in our own language also what to do. Next day when we get up God erases one of the two decisions we have in mind that is not good for us and God strengthens the decision that is good for us in hour mind. This is sign of approval of God and we always follow God's advice.

I am sure it is not only for Muslims. God does guide to every human if he asks God for guidance.

He doesn't respond to those without them trusting Him first, unless in a negative way, Confined Atheist. That's why. You don't know Him, but I know Him. Jesus promised His Spirit at the end of John 15, and in the midst of John 16. Did you read those promises?

He delivered on His promise, like He always does. I trusted and He made good on His promise. That's why I am telling you what I am telling you.

If you don't believe it, that's why God won't tell you anything.

He does! He speaks to people all the time of His love, and about other things too. God is Love's answer is true. It does take the Holy Spirit. His Spirit is always around us, and even inside us (that is, if you asked for Him) but it also takes desire and your own knowledge of Him. He will speak to you in many ways, just like He said.

Your carnal mind does not allow you to understand things of the Spirit. Jesus said you must be born again of the Spirit. That is how He talks to you. The bible says the spirit of man is the lamp of the Lord. When your lamp is lit you can hear God speaking. All you need do is surrender to Jesus and ask Him to be Lord of your life. That is so important to Him that He will fill you with His Spirit and give you the ability to hear Him. Your heart represents your spirit. Let Him light it and you won't have to ask so many questions on yahoo anymore. lol

God loves you but he won't go after you if you're pushing him away. The reason why he sends you messages through other people is because you cannot see clear.. I bet you haven't tried to feel him in your heart. You should be going after God because you are the one who needs him.
