it sounds like anxiety and/or depression. I take wellbutrin and celexa and i am a totally different person and I perform 200% better literally in school. Prozac is old school and outdated and has a ton of side effects. New school SSRI's saturate serotonin in essence gets the most out of each molecule of serotonin. Serotonin is derived from tryptophan, and by eating these foods you can boost tryptophan production and thus serotonin. Tryptophan is not as widely distributed in our foods as other amino acids, and it is found mainly in: turkey, chicken, fish, pheasant, partridge, cottage cheese, bananas, eggs, nuts, wheat germ, avocados, milk, cheese and the legumes (beans, peas, pulses, soya), and there are also smaller amounts in breads, cereals, potatoes and rice. i went from a 3.6 gpa to a 2.7 back to a 3.33 and i am doing a lot better and am a pre-med student. good luck.

Talk to your doctor - you may have ADD. Herbal remedies are very iffy, because you never know what you're actually getting [they aren't regulated like medicines are].
BTW - Your questions would be much easier to read if you used punctuation and capital letters.

I take 3 fish oil capsules every day. I am 100% convinced that it has helped my focus & concentration immensely. Not only that, but it is also a good anti-depressant and mood stabilizer.
