My cancer came back after 7 years. It is a stage four. What I have been told that it will be a chronic condition for me. They will work on treating it when they find it, but that cancer is traveling microscopically and will eventually come out again somewhere. I don't have pain and I will continue to live my life fully until I decide that how I feel makes it not worth fighting the fight.

It all depends on the type and where you had cancer. Cancer can sometimes come back in other areas and again be cured. You need to speak with a good oncologist. I had breast cancer on rt. breast, had lumpectomy & radiation treatments for 7 weeks and took Tamoxifin for 5 yrs. Got the all clear. 2 yrs later had a tumor come up on the lt breast which was removed. I have been cancer free for 7 yrs now but it does not mean I won't get cancer again in other areas , however it also does not mean I will die soon! Because of my history, my doctor makes sure I have routine chest x-rays, colonoscopies, mammograms and blood work done yearly or every 6 months, depending on results of testing. Eat lots of green vegies and healthy foods and I can also tell you that worrying is not good but can be harmful . Caffeine and red meats should be minimal, chicken and fish is best. Take care and God bless.

I can only answer your question with what has happened with my husband. They thought they got it all the first time, 6 surgeries later they still thought that had gotten it all. It has now been a year and he has undergone three rounds of very aggressive chemo. He was very sick for three months and is now in a strong remission. Does this mean the cancer is gone? We won't know and will always have to keep a tight check on things. Will it kill him? We are working very hard for that not to happen.

Each person's cancer, treatment and outcome is different. Ask your doctor to be completely honest with you at all times. There are so many new drugs and experimental treatments today. Never give up hope. Cancer does not have to mean death.

As one of our oncologists told us, "don't let this cancer consume your life but ALWAYS remain vigilant". In other words, if given the all clear, put it in a drawer and try to live life as fully as possible but always be aware of any changes within your body and act on them at once.

You have my positive thoughts and healing prayers.

Find some coral calcium that is additive free. Coral calcium supplies several trace minerals and keeps your body PH alkaline. Cancer thrives in an acidic environment. You can check your PH regularly with PH test strips. Good grain sources will also keep your PH at a healthy level.
