Kissinger has been advising every administration since Johnson. He is an illumminist and therefore, like Bonesman Bush and NWO Cheney, sees humanity as just that :pawns to played with in a global chess game of power- it is an important quote which should be screamed for the rooftops.

Kissinger is an European with their attitudes. One French General in World War I referred to his soldiers as "little white chickens" to be used for slaughter.

He can advise as long as he doesn't command.
