If the person isn't directly your boss, tell them. I was stuck in a situation where my boss, ended up being my fiance's ex girlfriend, and she was bitter, everytime we were both on shift money would be missing from my cash drawer, the last time 200 dollars was missing, I lost my job when I didn't even steal, now I am having a hard time finding a new job if they talk to my old boss, and it doesn't look good to have a job for only a month. I would say, let someone above the both of you know your concerns so there will be a watching eye.

Just do your work sweetie. I found that the corporate world is just like high school unfortunately. The boss can fire for any reason (i.e. not liking the way you talk, look, or act). Office politics are pathetic and any boss who chooses a lazy @$$ kisser over a quality worker doesn't deserve you.

If this is the one in charge, you cannot do anything. Their Business, their rules. If it is a simple co-worker, your boss would not get rid of you because of so... unless they thought the same about you.

Talk to your supervisor first, ask for tips on things you need to correct and inform them that they appear to be trying to get you fired and you want no part of it.

Human resources may be able to transfer you out of that persons area.

your co-worker is "Creating a hostile work place", that is the phrase you use when you talk to Human Resource. They will have to create a report, file it, investigate the charge, file it, report to mangagement on what they found, file that too and then management has to respone to the report in writing and that is also filed..

I would talk to the highest manager. I had a similar problem and I just told my manager what was going on and they put an end to it. If they do nothing, go to corporate. Good luck!

wot i would do is just continue on wot your doing but don't give them any reason 2 sake you if they sake you for no reason its unfair dismissal and u av a court case against them so i don't think they would take that chance.
