I am divorced, 30, and wear glasses full time. Looking through the relationship sections, many woman say that eyes are the #1 physical feature they look for in men. If the eyes are coveed by glasses, is that a turn off?

No not at all! I think glasses (with the right frames) look hot on any man. My boyfriend wears contacts for the most part but I love it when he wears his glasses because he looks so damn cute! If anything, you might want to consider upgrading your frames for something with some new style. Do not feel that you must change your appearance to impress a woman. Men in glasses (in my opinion) look very distinguished. Best of luck in the dating world.

I don't think glasses on a man are a turn off at all. That to me would be as stupid as turning down someone who was in a wheelchair or used sign language to communicate. They are all just tools to make life a little easier. But none of them change the type of person they are, which is the important part.
If the frames were very flattering to the guy, he could look mighty fine! But even if he wore the worst looking pair of glasses in the world, I still wouldn't find it a turn off.
Oh yeah, I wear glasses too. Would that be a turn off to you?

Depends on the guy and the glasses. If the glasses are old-fashioned ones - you know, the big bottle-cap lenses - then *ew* not good. I personally don't like the ones with the rectangular lenses and big thick black frames....they look silly. But to actually not even give a guy a second glance just because of his glasses....if a woman is that shallow you don't need her anyways.
If you are a nice guy, the fact that you have glasses shouldn't make a difference. My bro wears glasses alot and he managed to catch himself a beautiful, sweet wife! I know lots of men who wear glasses and it's no big deal. Don't sweat it.

Glasses are not necessarily a turn-off for women, but according to Dorothy Parker ("men seldom make passes at girls who wear glasses") the same is not conversely true.
Eyeglasses (worn by males) are often viewed as a symbol of wisdom. The vast majority of scientists and mathematics scholars, for instance, have worn glasses (that's a fact!)
The good thing about the appearance of eyeglasses (unlike, say, having a big nose, or bad breath) is that you can take them OFF sometimes! :) Your eyes (color, twinkling, etc) are probably still quite visible through your glasses.

It depends on the glasses. If there thick, pop bottle glasses then yes, it is a major turn-off. My guy wears glasses when he reads and well, mmm. . .'nuff said. So, like I said, it depends on the glasses. But don't look the other way just because a man wears glasses, girl!

Yes, it is a turn off most of the time. I do agree, I like eyes a lot so wearing glasses is bad.

Some guys look cute in glasses, some don't. I think more than anything it depends on if the guy has taken the time to get frames that look good with his face, and has some individuality with the glasses.

no not at all i know this guy who wears glasses that are very thick and he has Sexy eyes and not bad looking ether but the kind of frames you get help to and i have a another friend who wears glasses and trust me he is so sexy i wish he was not my friend so i could........... but no hes my homie and his eyes are just brown and its not hard to take you glasses off to look at you eyes just because then you may not be able to see but that don't matter as long as you see before you take off you glasses............LMFAO...... sorry:)

No they're not, there are many glasses that fit people's face feature's choose one for you and you're golden. They have a certain sex appeal when accompanied by a nice smile.
