Hi there
There's no single answer to this one only multiple ones.
Here we go.
Firstly there are no more ninjas so technically you cant be one.
Secondly quite a lot of the art that is mentioned in the scrolls such as the ninpiden etc is no longer taught because it has no practical use today.
The modern day equivalent is taijutsu. The curriculum is quite large and it would take you a lifetime to master it all. There are some very good taijutsu instructors about but there are some rather poor ones too.
If you want to go down this road make sure you do your home work first.
Best wishes

It depends on you..
You have online study course from Tomo Ryu Shinobi Jutsu; Rick Tew Martial Science, Ashida Kim, Frank Dux Dux ryu ninjitsu, Bujinkan Ninpo Taijutsu and many many more.
It just depends on your choice, normally i should say go become member and train for 10 or 15 years at a real dojo. Then you should know much.
i do not think you can complete ninja training in full but you can learn much

A time machine to go back to feudal japan, when ninjas existed.
training in ninjutsu would be completed depending on your abilitiy/skill/dedication. If you are a teenage mutant turtle it might help.
You could also get training with master splinter.
good luck!

idk what you mean by ninja- ninjas were originally just any type of assassin/spy during the samurai era. the ninjas portrayed in cartoons and media never actually existed in that way. anyway if you mean any type of ninjutsu.. i'm sure it would take you veryyy long and alooot of effort.. so unless you're studying the art of ninjutsu in the secluded mountains of japan or something.. don't plan on becoming a ninja for a living or something :P

how long is naruto?
watch that and you will have just as much chance of recieving good ninja training as if you trained for years and years, not because the show is that good (i've never actually sat through more than 5 seconds of that crap), but because people claiming to teach "ninjitsu" are that bad.
