A really attractive girl asked me out the other day and I was so flattered. We talked for a while later on the phone and I told her I would call her in a couple of days when I made sure my schedule was good I wasn't going to call her until tonight when I got off but she came into my store a little while ago. We talked for a while but I didn't bring up any plans for the weekend. I wanted to wait for another customer to leave the store in the interest of being professional. I still plan on calling her tonight but did I drop the ball and screw up badly ?

Absolutely NOT. You were at work and being professional--which I would expect from you:).. Later, when you get the chance, call her and let her know what's on your mind hunn..I'm sure she will understand and you'll gain even more hedge way bc of your politeness...

Call her sooner than later though, while she still has you "fresh" on her mind:)

No, just let her know later when you call her why you didn't want to chat casually at your store. She should understand. Calm yourself yo... good luck!

You should have made plans sooner..

The encounter in the store was correct-- you are there to work, not flirt...
