Ok... I'm looking for some serious advise..Please.
For the last couple months (6) I started working out and eating very well, and I lost 15lbs and toned my mid section somewhat. I even bought smaller Jeans, size six, I was an eight before. This week it feels I have gained so much weight and my thighs and stomach feel heavy. I went to put on my six jeans and couldn't!. I am wearing my eight jeans and they are very snug (tight)...What happened????? My dress is tight...I can't take much out of it...I hardly ate anything yesterday...just trying to see if something would change...
Ahhh..I am so upset...I have been crying almost all morning...What can I do.....fast one week toning, body wraps...cleanse...anything...Please...Please...

I think that if you relax and stop stressing so much it would be better. I do agree that you should drink lots of water. Don't skip any meals just try eating lighter meals. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio each day. I think that if you do this, you will be fine for your wedding day. Good Luck!!

Like a few of the others have stated, if you stop eating your body will go into "i need to save up some fat mode"---thinking that you won't feed it. So it will store your fat and not burn it. Slow yourself down. If you stress out.... then you will have other things pop up that you will have to worry about. Pimples, from stress. A few extra pounds are easier to deal with rather than a huge red blot on your forehead for pictures. Pamper your body during the next week or so.
I agree with just doing cardio. Walking is great for this. Walk everyday for around 30 to 40 min. It'll burn some extra stuff each day. Then come home, relax. Maybe take a bath and close your eyes and relax!

You may have dieted but didn't work out so you get that toned body you were after. Sometimes it also feels like we gain weight even if we've lost a few pounds.
I would try cutting back on sweets and salty food before the wedding. You may be a little bloated or retaining water... now water follows salt... less salt, less water retained, less bloating. Drink lots of water also to rid your body of the excess water.
Good luck!

I noticed you dismissed being pregnant b/c you recently had a period... are you aware that you still could possibly be pregnant EVEN if you have a period. I suggest speaking to a doctor, or taking a home pregnancy test. I have known several people to have periods their entire pregnancy.
It could also be something more easily explained like stress. Your body may be retaining water due to stress, causing you to add weight. Either way, before you do anything drastic just to fit into your dress, try to see your doctor.

make sure you drink lots of water. many times when I get busy and don't drink enough this happens to me (although I've never been a size 8 ... LOL)
And possibly there is some PMS/cycle type stuff going on, too.
Don't stress. You have a week. Maybe see your doctor. Perhaps a water pill can help shed some 'water weight' really quick.

Chill!!!!! You are making yourself stressed and crazy over this. Calm down - A wedding is about a marriage between 2 people that love each other... not about what you are eating - get some perspective!!! If you stop eating your body's metabolism will slow down and have a reverse effect - eat lots of healthy foods - oatmeal, salads, veggies, grilled chicken, eggs - drink lots of water (10 percent of your body weight in ounces)!!!! This is no time to be weak from hunger!!! Get a grip!!! Good luck

At a size 8 you're already doing fine and by no means are you "fat". I suggest you calm down, relax, and just eat right. Plenty of water, protein, 6 small meals a day, fiber, etc. Fasting, cleansing, wraps, none of those are safe or reliable quick fixes.
The man you're marrying loves you for YOU, not the size of your jeans. Enjoy it!
Good luck and please avoid doing anything stupid, costly, or unhealthly.

I wonder if something you ate had a alot of salt in it. Even if it was days ago. Drink lots of water. If it is PMS or water weight that will help. You might want to get SPANX to wear under your gown. They can take you in an inch or two. Good luck.

Don't panic. What have you changed in your diet? Just get back on the program and cut of the white stuff, flour, sugars and breads.
Take a look at the link provided.

it could be stress because your big day is just around the corner. but dont stop eating because of it. if your real worried about it get a body wrap done and wear a corset.
