I have recently had a family upset, not with my immediate family but an extension. I have grown up with these family member. Especially thier child, whom I have been close with since she was born. They recently have just stopped all communication with my immediate family
( mom, dad, and myself) I had nothing to do with it. They have never called me to see how I was doing since I just gave birth to my daughter. I think about them all the time. But they never call me. What should I do. All I want to do is keep in contact the their little girl, since they really don't care about me. I just miss them so much. I just don't know what to do.... HELP!!! I am so sad about this situation. I have actually called in the past. And I have never received a call back from them.

Isn't it strange how you crave family contact more after having a baby? It's like you want to introduce your special baby to all the people who would care about her. Unfortunately, it sounds like this family has moved on and doesn't care to renew the friendship. I'd try to contact them one more time. And if you don't hear anything, find new friends. Hopefully some with kids the same age as yours - you'll continue to have a lot in common as your kids grow up and have the same issues, challenges, and accomplishments!

Go over to them. It's easy not to return calls, much harder when you're on their doorstep. Tell them everything you just said here and I'm sure they'll talk back. You just need to put some things strait. Especially if you had nothing to do with it.

its wise to move-on, & forget about this so-called family
& since you have your own daughter now, forget about that girl to,
you give respect in order to get respect but if they're ignore you without a reason, then its for best

the best you can do is to try and call again... perhaps you could ask if the little girl you are missing can come to your place and spend time.
