I can tell you the Exact percentage of how many humans are going to hell: 100%. The bible says it is appointed unto man once to die, and then to judgement. When you die you go to hades or hell or the common grave. The dead know nothing. They cannot speak to you or harm you and their is no eternal torment. The good news is you and that same 100% will be resurrected. Those who do the will of the father will go on to the real life, those who refuse to accept will be resurrected to a judgement. Their is another scroll that will be opened even after the thousand years are over and Jesus hands back the kingdom to Jehovah. If your name is written in that scroll you go on to that real life that is spoken of in the revelation. This is the good news of God's kingdom. The same one that you pray for in Matthew 6th chapter: Your will be done your kingdom come.

Given the list of available sinful things...
Given that clinic studies on lying shows that all children above 2½ years old lie as a defense mechanism...
Given that all 10 commandments save for "Thou shall not kill" are easy to brake.
Given that killing in self-defense is still killing
Leading to the question: are sins forgivable (all or nothing)?
If sinners automatically go to Hell: 100%
If sin is forgivable, thus understandable, thus all sins are forgivable: 0%

Let the Bible tell us what is the percentage of people that will be condemned.
Matthew 7:13 Go in through the narrow gate, for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many there are who go in through it.
Matthew 7:14 Because narrow is the gate and constricted is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

Oh, sorry! ... and no, it wasn't obvious that I had to believe hell exists. I don't because Our Loving Father God revealed to us by Jesus Christ would simply never do such a thing as create a hell where to send sinners to burn for eternity - that, I think is a humanly concoted idea by the barbaric men of olden times. But a personality can fail eternal survival and simply become as they never were. If you're ever curious about that and wonder how it works considering God and His Magnificently Loving Nature, check it out in The Urantia Book.

That's as variable as the Drake equation!
So much hangs on assigned values.
"Obviously, to answer this question you must at least believe that Hell exists."
No, disbelief in Hell returns a zero percent estimate.
My particular proffered data point.

how sad to think of how many will go to hell. sometimes people, like me, were not taught when they were growing up, and they never reached out to the graces God afforded them to seek him and find him, so all they have is the influence of the world, as dark and wicked as it is, I pity them, they do not beleive, they do not know, they maybe have not tryed, maybe it has not occured to them yet. But Jesus comes to earth sometimes to people like margeret mary, sister faustina catherine of siena st francis and hundreds more I can recall, he gives a message for the world, always about his love, his sacred heart, he mercy, he calls out thru these holy people, to us, calling us to himself, but the sounds and noice of the world drown him out, and he goes unheeded by those who need him the most. They do not know the love that Jesus has for them in particular as tho they were the only one on earth, all we can and should do, is pray for the world. "for the sake of his sorrowful passion, have mercy on us, and on the whole world"
