Yes but they are not on here they are in church taking off their bras and swinging them around just like they are supposed to. Why do idiots on here say stupid stuff like "why are women trying to be men?" "women are supposed to obey their husbands." Why would anyone with a mind obey someone?

It is for me. I'm pulled in both directions, so I follow my heart, even if it's seemingly contradictory. The heart of the Bible is Jesus, who treated women as humans (unheard of before that time). To me, a Christian is someone who follows Christ, not the Old Testament and all its sexist rantings. And people pay too much attention to St. Paul, who said a lot of great stuff but also said women were inferior. In fact, he said men shouldn't touch women at all unless they have to!! He had a few issues, if you ask me. If you take the Bible literally, you should be sacrificing unblemished goats and sprinkling the blood on the altar. But I don't know anyone who does that.
P.S. I agree with Alexande that women should be allowed to be women, but ONLY if they WANT to be traditional women. Women aren't all built the same. We should be allowed to be who we are, whatever that is. I don't let a woman tell me how to be anymore than I let a man tell me how to be.

Why can't women just be women? Goodness, we are supposed to be feminine, loving, caretakers. What is so wrong with that? We have our roles, men have their roles. We are to be submissive caretakers of the house, love and respect our husband, care for and teach the children, and above all love God. Western women need to stop trying to be men.
