Make a nice sauce by heating a pan with butter, put in the lemon pepper, salt n pepper the butter shoudl be warm not boiling else all will taste burn...stir in the milk adn reduce it then add cheese and then mac n let it simmer,
No mayo needed.

If you have any garlic or onions in your pantry, dice a clove or two, and roughly 1/4 of the onion and put into a medium-sized skillet. Brown with a bit of oil.
To the skillet, add:
1 1/2 tablespoons of butter
Grated Mozzarella and Grated Cheddar
1/2 cup of milk
Salt, pepper, and lemon pepper to taste.
Stir over medium heat until the cheese melts into a sauce.

Make mac and cheese use everything except the mayo,lemon pepper. Drain you macaroni, rinse with hot water to wash some of the starch off. Put back in the pot and your butter and cheeses stir well, add milk as you go to make it loose. season to taste.

With what you have, I would toss the cooked pasta with some butter when it is done (maybe sprinkling in some salt and pepper), then sprinkle over some mozzarella, and serve...nice and simple, but yummy!

add the extra sharp cheddar and a can of diced tomatoes
also good with chicken added on a day when you've got left over chicken that needs used up

melt 3 T. BUTTER THEN ADD 2. (BIG) TB FLOUR LET IT COOK UNTIL INCORPORATED THEN ADD 3CUPS MILK LET COOK UNTIL SLIGHTLY THICKENED THEN ADD 3 CUPS OF CHEESE EITHER 2C CHEDDAR &1C MOZZERELLA OR VICE VERSA LET THICKEN THEN ADD MACARONI NOODLES , SALT &PEPPER TO TASTE!!!!
