Depends on what you consider as "grow"...

If you drink a lot of milk which contains a lot of fat, then you will most definitely grow. Not just your breasts, but your whole body will grow bigger (if you know what I mean).

If you drink a lot of non-fat milk, then you will not be seeing a bigger breasts anytime soon. But if you want to go healthy, drink this one! :)

Breast size is a function of two things, genetics and body fat.

Well, three things, genetics, body fat and silicone/saline enhancements.

So to the extent that drinking lots of milk adds calories to your diet, which adds fat to your body then yes, milk will make your breasts grow.

But then so will lots of chocolate or potatoes.

Well, because of all the hormones in milk (because dairy cows are pumped full of hormones to increase production), it's quite possible. And it's also quite possible your friend will gain weight in more places than just her breasts.

The only way i know, and it's been proved to work, is to exercise your breast area. They will grow, but try not to overdo it.
