WOW..I have 4 children and I honestly don't know what I would do in their situation.
Yes,it certainly sounds like they are playing God..but,at the same time if you were in their shoes what would you do...things are getting scary indeed..I'm just not sure how I feel about this..it is something to ponder.

Well the christian god was pleased with animal blood sacrifices in the old testament and then needed the blood of Jesus in the new testament......a very sick god....no, if the christian god was in truth real....I'd stay as far away from the cult god of blood as I could.
