I hear most Christians do not find favor with any of the candidates most backslide, lie and make promises they have no intention of keeping wether Democrat or Republican....

Do you pray for Jesus to come or the Rapture so the world will not have to endure the heretics of Politics?

I pray for His return because I want to be with Him and do nothing but praise Him all day and night. Also, to live is Christ but to die is gain. Living here on the earth suffering in Jesus name is the greatest reward. I chose persecution because I chose God and I rejoice in it!

I have never cared less about an election than I do now, since I was a child. And whether a Christian prays for the return of Jesus Christ to the Earth or not, God will return when He said He would return.

I know I'm suppossed to be eagerly awaiting the rapture to meet the Lord in the air; however, I cannot say I have prayed anything to that effect.

I loathe the forthcoming elections. Are there no more people of good stock in our country? Are there no more Reagan's?

I remind myself that God allows people - even unbelievers - to hold power. They either glorify God or heap condemnation and judgement upon themselves. I remember how God allowed the Pharaoh of Egypt to be in power, and even hardened his heart before Moses, so that God could show His power to all. Nevertheless, if such things come to the US, then we will know how far we have fallen from a once godly and blessed country.

He will come when the Father sends HIM.
Be ready, for at a time when you think not,
the Son of Man Cometh.
I'm praying, I will be here still, to see HIM coming in the clouds.

God Bless You.

No, we are praying for Him to put a righteous, moral man of integrity as leader
Jesus will come when the Father says "Now"

I think that Mickey Mouse has a pretty good chance as a write-in this time. All I wanted Him to wait for was for me to get married, as I was "waiting for marriage" as a minority do these days. Well, I've been married almost 6 years now . . . anytime is good, the sooner the better!

Maybe he will run as a candidate himself and be elected and become the President.

No, I never pray for the end to come. I dread the day that all the sufferings and anguish begins. I pray myself and family are not here when it begins.
