Maybe say that you would like to go shopping for Christmas presents or a present for someone. If they offer to go with you, say that you are thankful they want to come, but you have noticed something in a shop that you think she would like. Buy something for her. Hopefully she will be impressed ad will let you go again.

I could gather that your mother caught you while you were seen going to the Mall, without her permission. That shows that she could notice your reputation is going bad. Once you have proven to her your trustworthness may be by not visiting the Mall now as directed by her, then why do you want to break this promise to your parents. Your decision to visit the Mall with loyal friends only if allowed by the parents may not carry any weight as your earlier friends may not have vanished and the new so called loyal friends can be how much trusted and you may again get prone to bad reputation. My advise instead visiting Mall under these situations, why dont you visit good referential libraries, reputed social Institutions & physical fitness centres etc. for fruitful and beneficial spending of your spare time. Your parents would also keep their peace by doing so. All best wishes.

That's because you abused her trust. The best thing to do would be to regain it, by showing up home from school on time, inviting your friends over so your 'rents can meet them, that kind of stuff.

And the mall isn't that important, even though it seems like it is. If you *must* see your friends, ask them over for a movie night or video game night and have your mom order pizza or whatever.

If going to mall does not meet your parent's approval, I see no point in your going there. You should have more respect to the wishes of your parents than any loyal friends.
