$218 with AirTran and Jetblue currently, using midweek departure and return dates, staying about 1 week. Best and cheapest to book direct from the airline(s): http://www.jetblue.com http://www.airtran.com

Hi! after searching the site http://www.bookmyhotel.biz/airbooking.htm ,I found AirTran Airways offering Return tickets at $230 , Jet Blue @270, this rate may be lower on other dates. The airfare fluctuates from day today, you will have to take decision quickly when you find a better deal.
You can search for yourself at the above website to find more deals. As I usually book my travel from this site.
Good Luck!

http://www.kayak.com is great for finding cheap flights. I don't know if Southwest departs from Buffalo but it might be worth it to download their DING feature for unadvertised specials.
